We provide service for tooling development for customers,specially in the automobile filed， like light guide and thick-wall optical parts like lens moulds,we will use the high speed milling machine which main axis speed is 36000rpm or even 60000rpm,and Mirror EDM sparking machine for finishing machining so that can meet with it’s requirements 。

Base on our advantage in our field, we cooperated with injection machine supplier, customize injection （single &double color）for longer part or longer mould for saving energy reducing cycle time ,in this way help customer improve production effect and saving investment.

Main features of the machine compared with standard machine：

1.The shape of Space between Tie. Bars is rectangle: Small tonnage machines can produce products produced by large tonnage standard machines
2.Faster mold opening and injection speed, more efficient in the production of thin-wall products
3.Higher formwork strength (larger columns between Tie. Bars and thicker formwork; reduced deformation of Tie. Bars and formwork)
4.The width of the machine has become smaller, and the floor space of the machine has become smaller (the utilization rate of the plant can become higher)
